Thursday

Wow, not been on here for a few days, so i have a lot to say. Also now that i've started blogging, it's hard to stop, i felt a little bit of guilt towards my imaginary readers for not putting my opinion out here everyday.

So let's start, we've got a proper parliament now, which is quite nice. Not changed the price of the cinema yet, so the economy seems alright and the tories haven't killed everything yet. Does anyone else find it ironic that the "good" team that all the lefties liked have done a deal with the big bad guys? A bit like a the rebels in star wars joining the empire?

Politics aside, I saw Robin Hood last night. I was expecting to hate it, but i quite liked it but also hated it. There was nothing particularly Robin Hood about it, and it started well with characters (bad guys) seeming to have a bit of depth and complexity in the plot, but then it dropped all that for a big fight scene. There wasn't even a an arrow splitting another arrow! It's my third favourite Robin Hood film. And the accents in the film were terrible, by just about everybody! But the relationship between Crowe and Blanchett was quite well worked i thought, which makes a change from the Hollywood norm. Still not seen Four Lions.

I had more to say, but i can't remember it. Bye
